Congressman Haitian GRACIA DELVA, President of the Commission for Culture and Tourism of the Chamber of Haiti, is also considered a living legend of "konpa", beautiful music, typical Haitian.

Gracia Delva was born November 20, 1973 in Marchand Dessalinnes in the Artibonite region in Haiti.

He made his debut in a young musical training, Geostar, then joined the group DJAKOUT Mizik.

  Later ZENGLEN with the group, had a wonderful success, but after the problems in the field of immigration, Gracia had to leave the United States to recover in Haiti, where in 2003 he

created the group MASS COMPA.
