LES BALEINES A BOSSE

LA PURE FORCE DE LA VIE ANIMALE 

Aussi cette année, les baleines sont arrivées des mers froides du nord!

La région de Samana est considéré comme l'un des meilleurs endroits pour voir les baleines à bosse.

C'est l'un des spectacles plus fascinants et passionnante que Mère Nature nous donne. 

 Chaque année pendant l'hiver plus de 4.000 baleines à bosse viennent à mater et donner naissance à leurs petits dans les eaux chaudes des Caraïbes.
.
Leur souffle peut atteindre 3 mètres de hauteur et avoir des formes différentes.

Vous pourrez admirer du continent par un belvédère à Punta Balandra, créé par le ministère de l'Environnement.


Venant de Samana à Las Galeras, en arrivant à Punta Balandra, sur la droite, vous verrez deux troncs de coco placée en forme d'arc. C'est le départ d'un court sentier qui traverse le petit promontoire qui vous sépare de la mer, et atteint l'observatoire, situé dans un très bel endroit!

Pour une observation de plus près, faîtes une belle exursion en bâteau de la jetée de Samana jusqu'à Cayo Levantado,
ou de Playa Grande à Las Galers jusqu'à Playa Fronton.

Vous pouvez avoir la chance de les voir pendant le rituel de la cour, où ils exhibitent de grands sauts, coups de nageoires et la queue sur la surface de l'eau.

HUMPBACK WHALES

THE STRENGTH OF PURE ANIMAL LIFE

Also this year the whales have come from the cold northern seas!

The area of Samana is considered one of the best places to spot humpback whales.
And one of the most fascinating and exciting places that Mother Nature gives us.

 Every year during the winter over 4,000 humpback whales mate
and give birth to their pups in the warm Caribbean waters.

Their breath can reach 3 meters in height and have different shapes.

You can admire them from the mainland from a lookout point in Punta Balandra, created by the Ministry of Environment.


Coming from Samana to Las Galeras, arriving in Punta Balandra, on the right you will see two trunks of coconut placed in an arc. That's the start of a short trail that crosses the small promontory separating you from the sea, and reaches the observatory, located in a lovely location!

For a closer view, make a beautiful boat ride from the pier in Samana 
to Cayo Levantado,
or from Playa Grande in Las Galeras to Playa Fronton.


You can be lucky to see them during the courtship ritual, where they perform big jumps, and flap their fins and tails on the surface of the water.

BALENE MEGATTERE

LA FORZA DELLA VITA ANIMALE ALLO STATO PURO

Anche quest'anno sono arrivate balene dai freddi mari del Nord !

La zona di Samanà è considerata uno dei luoghi migliori dove avvistare le megattere.
E' uno degli spettacoli più affascinanti ed emozionanti che ci offre madre natura.

 Ogni anno durante l'inverno vengono nelle calde acque caraibiche più di 4000 balene megattere ad accoppiarsi e far nascere i loro cuccioli.

Il loro soffio, può raggiungere i 3 metri di altezza ed avere forme diverse.

Si possono ammirare dalla terra ferma da un punto di avvistamento creato dal Ministero di medio ambiente a Punta Balandra.

Venendo da Samanà verso Las Galeras, arrivando a Punta Balandra, sulla destra vedrete due tronchi di cocco messi ad arco, lì inizia un breve sentiero che oltrepassa il lieve promontorio che vi separa dal mare e raggiungerete l'osservatorio, situato in una posizione incantevole!

Oppure per un'osservazione più ravvicinata, facendo una bellissima escursione in barca dal molo di Samanà a Cayo Levantado, 

o da Playa Grande di Las Galers a Playa Fronton.

Facilmente si può avere la fortuna di vederle durante il rituale di corteggiamento, dove si esibiscono in grandi salti, colpi di pinne e di code sulla superficie dell'acqua

LE SPIAGGE DE LAS GALERAS

                                   A Las Galeras, ogni spiaggia è diversa :

a Playa Grande si può fare il bagno solamente in certi punti, perchè la maggior parte dei fondali sono bassi e ci sono i coralli, ma è meravigliosa per una rilassante passeggiata.

 Alla Playta l'acqua è trasparentissima e calma, perchè la barriera corallina è molto vicina, raggiungibile a nuoto e si sono formate delle piacevolissime piscine tra il fondali di coralli.

 A Playa Rincon, c'è tutto!

In fondo a sinistra, c'è il Cano Frio, uno splendido fiume d'acqua dolce e trasparente, che sfocia nel mare

Al centro l'acqua è bassa ma a volte con qualche onda.

A destra c'è un'insenatura protetta da una scogliera, quindi l'acqua è sempre calma e perfetta per magnifiche nuotate e snorkeling.

Oltrepassando la scogliera si trova l'oceano aperto, di un inimmaginabile azzurro, ma a volte con grandi onde;

Playa Fronton è per esperti nuotatori e per chi ama fare snorkeling.

I fondali sono rocciosi e a

  volte con correnti che portano lontano dalla riva.

                                                Impossibile fare il bagno senza le scarpette.

e per ricordarvi di queste spiagge.....

BEACHES IN LAS GALERAS

                        In Las Galeras, every beach is different:

in Playa Grande you can swim only at certain points, because most of the seabed are low and there are corals, but is wonderful for a relaxing stroll.

 in  Playta the water is highly transparent and calm, because the reef is very close, within swimming and have formed a very pleasant swimming between underwater coral

 In Playa Rincon, there is everything!

at the end on the left, there is the Cano Frio, a beautiful freshwater river and transparent, which flows into the sea

At the center of the water is low, but sometimes with a few waves.

On the right is a cove protected by a reef, so the water is always calm and perfect for wonderful swimming and snorkeling.

Past the cliff is the open ocean, a blue unimaginable, but sometimes with big waves;;

in Playa Fronton is for experienced swimmers and for those who love to snorkel.

The seabed is rocky and sometimes with current leading away from the shore.

 Impossible to swim without the shoes.

PLAGES DE LAS GALERAS

                           A Las Galeras, toutes les plages sont différent:

en Playa Grande, vous pouvez nager seulement à certains points, parce que la plupart des fonds marins sont faibles et il ya des coraux, mais est merveilleux pour une promenade relaxante.

A la Playta, l'eau est très transparent et calme, parce que le récif c'est très proche, et ont formé des piscine très agréable entre les coraux sous-marins.

A Playa Rincon, il ya de tout!

à la fin sur la gauche, il ya la Cano Frio, une belle rivière d'eau douce et transparente, qui se jette dans la mer

Au centre l'eau c'est faible, mais avec parfois quelques vagues.

Sur la droite c'est une crique protégée par un récif, afin que l'eau est toujours calme et parfait pour merveilleuse baignade et la plongée.

Passé la falaise c'est haute mer, un inimaginable bleu, mais parfois avec de grosses vagues.

Playa Fronton est pour les nageurs expérimentés et pour ceux qui aiment faire de la plongée.

Le fond marin est rocheux et parfois avec un courant qui se éloigne du rivage. 

Impossible de nager sans les chaussures

et pour vous rappeler de ces plages .....
