COCONUT OIL

Among the many things we are doing, we are preparing the bottles of virgin coconut oil.
Is prepared a lady of a small town near Las Galeras Samana.
It 'an old lady, who all his life has taken advantage of the coconuts to live with his family.
With the coconut you can do many things:
Drinking water, which is refreshing, it contains many minerals, prevents the formation of kidney stones and helps with diarrhea.
Make flour for bread.
Grate the flesh to make desserts.
Extract the milk to cook the rice or fish.
Make it the oil or butter, which are used both in the kitchen as cosmetics.

Coconut oil is very appreciated in the kitchen because its main advantage is the presence of lauric acid which helps to lower cholesterol.
Another important property of coconut oil is that it is thermogenic: eating it you will burn more fat.
The coconut oil is different from any other fat.
It contains medium-chain fatty acids, which speed up your metabolism.
Best used raw, 2 tablespoons daily, in addition to other foods.
Great for example to add to a cup of coffee or cup of tea, to shake, milk or yogurt, just mix well!
It strengthens the body in general, making it more resistant to the immune system.
As external application, has shown efficacy against some problems such as acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, keratosis and also, as already said, protects from attacks bacterial and fungi.
Create a barrier to the absorption of toxic chemicals. And 'rich in vitamin E

Here's how to prepare:

You first need to grate the flesh.
Then he goes and filtered juice with a cotton cloth, add the coconut water and then squeezed and filtered again.

At this point we got the coconut milk.

Put it in a pot and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the milk proteins will separate from the oil.

Now all that remains is filtered through a sieve and you're done the oil, which can be used both as food and for outdoor use.
